Mentorship Lounge
The Ada Coleman Project Mentorship Lounge is a facilitated, small-group mentorship activation designed to support career growth, confidence, and long-term sustainability within the global hospitality and cocktail community. The experience is structured around six themed roundtable discussions, each led by two mentors—one industry veteran and one contemporary or rising leader—creating space for cross-generational dialogue, honest insight, and immediately actionable takeaways.
